Here you find a description of the available fit-models in SpectraFox for non-linear curve fitting. You can always add multiple models to fit several spectral features, and couple the parameters in between the models.
The following fit functions are suited for scanning tunneling spectroscopy. They calculate the current between tip and sample, and are able to return the differential conductance. These fit-models require more calculation time, which is why their parameter space has to be configured accurately.
